Ecotek has helped clients comply with the monitoring, reporting and compliance requirements of their onsite waste treatment for the CUPA and Department of Toxic Substances Control.

Ecotek evaluates specific manufacturing operations to identified potential techniques, controls and process modifications that will minimize regulatory applicability and utilize on site recycling to the extent possible. Often, recommended modifications required minimal investment and generated considerable savings. In many cases, Ecotek was able to exempt facilities from Permit by Rule Requirement, as a result of the implementation of recommended process modifications.
